Hydraulic piling rig CF8 PLUS

The new CF8 PLUS is powered by a Cummins Tier4 engine which grant the hydraulic system enough power to achieve (on demand) even 100 kNm torque. The machine is then provided with cinematic parallelogram and a 2 sections mast to work with a 35 m locking kelly bar, with the possibility to remove the upper mast section to reduce the total height and work in low headroom position under 7800 mm with a special "short" kelly bar for 18 m depth. The undercarriage is provided with expanding tracks 2450 - 3450mm for a perfect stability on every ground conditions. The CF8 Plus can be also provided with a special pull-down system by motoreducer feed by chain in order to grant a rotary stroke of 12000mm, useful to insert long casing pipes and also to pass quickly from the Kelly Bar mode to CFA, Soilm Mixing and Micropiles configuration.
